From our own experiences we noticed how much we appreciated an accommodation that gave us a “home away from home” feel but it was very rare that we found that. We knew that we wanted to offer an alternative to a hotel stay, accommodation that made people feel comfortable away from home. So we acquired our trusty units, made our homely additions and started short-term rentals. 

We noticed that our guests gave us the same feedback, they wanted a place for the whole family, instead of separate rooms. They wanted to cook their own meals and have a living room to relax in. The amenities of serviced accommodation made the industry more and more popular.
